Document Tracking allows you to select, sort, and view the complete history of data exchanges between you and your trading partners during the past 90 days. With only a web browser, multiple users can confirm receipt of purchase orders, track change requests, monitor orders in transit, or check the status of virtually any document. Document Tracking provides several customizable selection methods for accessing just the history you need it.
There are multiple search criteria options which allow you to find the exact information you need when you need it.
TRANSACTION TYPE
Select all transactions or only those of a certain type (purchase orders, invoices, acknowledgements, etc.).
SEND/RECEIVE
Select documents sent from your WebDI mailbox, received into your WebDI mailbox, or both.
TRADING PARTNER
View transactions for a specific trading partner (perhaps one with a history of missed shipping dates).
DATE RANGE
Narrow your search by any specified date range within the past 90 days.
For extra speedy or repetitive searches, the QUICK SEARCH option allows you to select from predefined time periods (such as the last three days, the last week, etc.). Quick searches can be customized for any combination of search criteria.
Transactions that meet your search criteria display on a summary screen. From there, you can sort the information in various ways by simply clicking on any column heading. Or, you can drill down to see specific transactions, including the "raw" EDI or XML document, the user-viewable online form, status information, and related documents.
If you have multiple WebDI accounts (mailboxes), Document Tracking allows you to view activity for all accounts in a consolidated format.
